Please note we have a 2 night minimum stay. However if you are looking for less please call the hotel directly and we will try to help if we can.

In the older part of the hotel - a couple of deluxe rooms, boutique superior bedrooms (one is accessible on ground floor) and cosy wee doubles, on the lower ground floor we have a number of compact doubles and twins and 2 small doubles for single occupancy.

On the ground floor we are delighted to offer 5 Classic rooms (one is fully accessible) a couple of these have adjoining doors to make 2 bedrooms into one.

All bedrooms have flat screen television, telephone, hospitality tray with tea/coffee, shortbread biscuits, hairdryer and ironing facilities. Internet access/WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

We only work with one third party provider Booking.com and we offer BEST RATES (if you find it cheaper even with your genius discount please call us we will match it) - to take advantage and To Book just scroll down, pick your room type, date, and place the mouse over the "date/rate" highlighted in green and click the hand icon. REMEMBER our rates are the only ones you can include breakfast.

Just to advise all our Deluxe, Superior , Standard, Wee Double rooms are reached via stairs we have no lift and our Standard Rooms are on the lower ground floor again no lift. If you need a ground floor room then our Classic's or Accessible Superior room are perfect for you.

Remember we are the closest hotel to Dunglass and Broxmouth if you are attending a wedding at these amazing venues

Deluxe King Room

These spacious rooms have lots of daylight and original period features. They are reached via the main house staircase and feature an ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. The rooms have a small sitting area with 2 chairs and table

Superior King / Twin Accessible

This boutique spacious room is situated on the ground floor in the main house. It can be either a Twin or Double Room. The room features a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower (The shower has a small lip), a flat screen TV.

The room may not be large enough to accommodate a electric scooter - please call to check if we can help.

This room can be a Twin (2 Single Beds) or a Super King please let us know your preference when booking.

We have an accessible parking space opposite the entrance to the hotel and a ramp into the hotel (Car-park is gravel chips)
